Club lounge access depends on availability and is also subject to space limits. For most member tiers, late checkout must be requested and is likewise subject to availability.
What the Conditions Mean
- Club lounge access: The benefit is not assured solely because it appears in the programme terms. Both availability and space limitations apply.
- Late checkout: For most member tiers covered by the cited wording, a request is required, and approval still depends on availability.
These conditions distinguish a listed benefit from one confirmed for a particular stay.
How to Check the Written Terms
A reader should review the terms supplied for the specific booking and identify:
- Which room or loyalty benefits are listed.
- Whether each benefit is expressly subject to availability.
- Whether a request is required.
- Whether any additional limitation, such as space capacity, applies.
A statement that a benefit is “subject to availability” should not be read as confirmation that it will be provided.
What Must Still Be Confirmed
The quoted wording does not establish whether lounge space is available on a particular date or whether a late-checkout request can be granted for a specific stay. It also provides no guaranteed checkout time. Those points must be confirmed separately before either benefit is treated as secured.
